How you can help

CFCN speaks all over Canada about the impact that incarceration has on innocent family members.  It is important to realize the loneliness, shame, anger and grief; effects of the loss of family income; and how children with a parent inside are ignored, teased, and often bullied at school.  We are grateful when this impact is understood and people want to help us.

Please think about what you have to offer and get in touch with us.  Thank you!

Volunteering

CFCN is always looking to grow our volunteer base.  Whether it’s assisting with research, working at an Institutional Pre-release Fair, or helping out with our Visiting Program we are always grateful to have you on board!

We are currently looking for volunteers in Ontario in the Kingston and Kitchener/Waterloo areas.  Please call or email us if you are interested.

Hiring

Canadian Families and Corrections Network hires according to the work we have running in our institutions or in communities across Canada.

We currently have no openings but stay tuned!

Donations

We are grateful to our passionate donors!

Our biggest need is in the area of printing and sending out resources.

We ask groups to pay for their booklets, but we try to help families.  We send out free packages to family members that need information about the justice system, how to talk to their children about crime or about how to cope on a daily basis.

Please consider donating to us today.  No donation is too small. Donate here!  Thank you!
